When playing a game that's likely to last 10 hours plus or a multi-day event, getting up and taking a breather is a great way to help you relax and can also help overcome tilt. Five times the big blind would have been a lot better. If they were holding an Ace or a King with a low kicker they probably would have folded pre-flop. If they called it at least I would have known where I was.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I just played that hand awful though. Three times the blind is not going to push face card holders.  I would have gone five times.
